With more than three decades of experience in high-stakes litigation and arbitration, Leigh Anne Hodge brings strategic insight and fierce advocacy to her evolving legal practice. Now focused on Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), legal consulting, special education law, and school-related injury and abuse, Leigh Anne draws from an exceptional career that spans federal and state trials, healthcare law, ERISA litigation, managed care litigation, and mass tort coordination.
As a former partner at a national law firm, she led litigation strategy for healthcare clients across the country, representing clients in disputes involving product liability, medical malpractice, insurance fraud, peer review, medical staff privileges, licensure, and managed care. Leigh Anne also advised on ownership disputes in closely held businesses and regularly handled ERISA benefit denial cases. Her experience includes managing mass torts involving over 12,000 cases nationwide, where she coordinated national defense strategies and venue consolidation for efficient resolution.
Now, through her own firm, Leigh Anne continues to serve as an arbitrator in healthcare-related disputes, with a listing as a neutral through the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
